Tuesday thunder with wonder wednesday

 I remember replying for a statement "What makes running, running ? on social media as a feeling which keeps us running. The feeling of fitness and alive are pushing me everyday to run. Apart from physical fitness this ritual helps me to get rid of negative thoughts. Rest of the day I will be jubilant and high energy. Tuesday is a true day to run, to gain elevation, got up at 4.o clock as usual and drank 300 - 400 ml of water just before the run and locked my apartment and entered the road and started to run. Before running a casual warm-up to make my body understand that i will be running. Its a pitch dark except for the street dogs and mobile hand set thieves threats. I will not be worried of theft because i don't carry a mobile or ornaments with me, except my Garmin watch. Early morning run has it own advantages, like fresh air, no traffic sometimes these advantages force me to increase speed but I don't want to do it as it will lead to increased heart beat to control heart beat i will be in my own limits in cadence.

The early morning life in Bengaluru is not like night live. Its very bubbly in night, and mornings are made for runners to enjoy every bit of it. Road running is always the most enthusiastic activity which is always associated with fresh air, chirping of birds, cool breeze, fragrance of beautiful flowers all along the road which make every run a memorable one apart from physical and mental fitness. There is a huge change in my perception towards running, when i started my running career it was soo attractive after some days  with consistency and discipline towards this activity it became a habit now I just get up at 4 and start running every day. 

Some times due to lack of deep sleep my performance will vary and getting the parameters under control is hard but not impossible. If I am not able to take control of the situation I will come back and do my other work. Today humidity was around 98% in this high humidity its far more challenging to have a successful run. Humidity above 80% makes us difficult to run and below 60% is like a cake walk. High humid weather will make us to perspire more and inspire less. Every pivot of my running journey for 15 kms is fixed I will not change the route, thinking about the pivot points i will be glad and associate with this thinking for some reason  negative thought comes in and disturbs the whole activity then i will just ignore and start with the next pivot and continue to think only on running and its form.

I remember about my running distance I fixed it to 15 kms after half way there, starts fight between mind and body to continue running I have to run the running. Always my mind picks up fight with body to stop running but my fit body tell my mind to keep running and many times it will be vice-versa. I told myself that i should only stop at finish line never ever before. So the winner is always "ME". I enjoy the fight till 42.1 kms its almost 4 hrs and 30 mins but now on 9th January 2022 I am committed to run 200 mins 42.1 kms. I know its challenging but i will do it and I will be on podium.

Again next day also got up at 4 and started to run happily, running on the same streets. Every time on the same street it looks different its not what is there is different but what we see and perceive is different. Always I see greener side of the situation I mean the sunny side, I changed my perception a little and that changed my entire life from past one week. My mind and body is in complete control of positive thoughts which lead to positive frequency now its time to move it to next step by increasing the frequency of these positive thoughts. I have learnt to make my day better.and better in every way just by thinking positive. I finished 16 kms with all my running parameters in place.

It was very hard to run 7 - 8 kms but now I am easily running 15 - 16 kms and now its time to increase to 25 - 26 kms then to 35 - 36 kms during all my training days and on the race day 9th January 2022 i will finish strong the marathon distance in 200 mins.I have to increase my cadence to 180 spm and stride length to 1.1 mts.

This complete 16 kms run with all parameters of my body in place followed a cold shower with the temperature of water is around 12 - 13 Celsius.
